Troop 649 values your privacy and security with the information you give us.  Online and Offline Forms Troop 649 offers forms in 3 different methods, based on the nature of the form. Online Only    Forms that contain no sensitive information, fill out and submit online Offline Only    Forms that contain sensitive information, print out online and submit at meeting Both                Forms that contain limited sensitive information, your discretion If you feel that any of our Online Only forms still contain a level of sensitive information you are not comfortable with, contact us and we will send you an offline copy. Archiving When you submit the form, the information is kept in an online database. However, once the trip has ended, we make our best effort to immediately archive that information out of the web and into offline devices and our own Troop 649 databases.
