All Forms & Sign Ups Camp vs. Outing Camp - Emerald Bay & Geronimo Outing - monthly outings Please note, when signing up for an outing, camp, Board of Review, or other Troop 649 event, you are expected to attend and pay for the event, unless cancelled. We understand that sometimes your schedule does change. Follow our Cancellation Procedure to cancel your reservation. Cancellation Procedure As per our Troop policies, "Once signed up to attend a Scout Outing, cancellation by a Scout of his intent to attend the outing must be done in advance. Even then, refunds can only be provided if expenses have not been incurred." Online and Offline Forms Troop 649 offers forms in 3 different methods, based on the nature of the form. We keep our online databases very secure, but the information you give us is yours. If you feel that any of our Online Only forms still contain a level of sensitive information you are not comfortable with, contact us and we will send you an offline copy. Online Only Forms that contain no sensitive information, fill out and submit online Offline Only Forms that contain sensitive information, print out online and submit at meeting Both Forms that contain limited sensitive information, your discretion |
